Not sure why this is or if it's as it should be but does Apache 2.2 need db
4.3 or can it use later versions? No compelling reason why I don't want
multiple releases of the same stuff but I just wanted to know if this was
OK? I googled around and don't see anything about it and the Makefile
doesn't seem to specify anything that I can see.
