Section 21.12 of Stevens TCP/IP Illustrated Vol. 2 has an excellent
description of what these two types of proxy ARP entries are, and
how they could be useful.

If anyone fluent both in ARP and English could rephrase these words
(due to the (C) restrictions) for inclusion into the arp(8) manpage,
this would be much appreciated.

If you do, but you don't have the book, please drop me a letter,
or find me on IRC.

Cheers,
