 Looks like something with your particular system, because I can't 
 reproduce this both with clean install, and after python upgrade 2.7.3 
 -> 2.7.5. I have python2 symlink in both cases. Did you do something 
 with PYTHON_DEFAULT_VERSION in make.conf or something?
