Appears to still be relevant from a test just now on 9.2-BETA1
(AMD64-9) r253631.

I had similar issues, some testing I did last week makes me satisfied
with r252781 in 9-stable (MFC of r291296, r291297, r291393) but I can't
speak for everyone.
