Nope.  That won't work unless you're running some sort of NFS server on
your NT box.  Unfortunately, I don't believe samba has an option to
mount an NT share as a filesystem (someone feel free to correct me if
I'm wrong!), but you can use smbclient to manipulate the files on the
NT server in much the same way as you would interact with an FTP site.
