   Yes. It's a laundry list of problems, ranging from incorrect routing for
stuff going through the Chicago NAP, to incorrect configuration of the
MAE-east router that was causing our packets to fall into a black hole, to
overloaded west coast peering-point connections. Each of these problems is
being addressed and things should hopefully be back to "normal" in a few
days.
