The javac_netscape port uses your Netscape binary to compile java
programs..  I'd suggest you wait a few days before testing that though,
I'm gonna update some paths in the port tommorow.

Traditionally, they disable all functions except those going to
*.netscape.com--  i.e. you'll only have enough functionality to get a new
copy of netscape.
