Also, maybe his machine might have been 3.x or even older before 4.0
(or whatever) and carries old header-files with which were gone with
4.0. Therefore, it won't compile on bento and compiles on his machine.

I had this, too.

Just a hint. (Not for you, kris, actually, but for the public :-)
