sorry to bug you but a lot of ports fail with

Error: mtree file "/etc/mtree/BSD.local.dist" is missing.
Copy it from a suitable location (e.g., /usr/src/etc/mtree) and try again.
  *** Error code 1

on sparc64-5-latest. Is this a problem of the build system?

Thanks
    Oliver
