I've already found the fixit floppy, but it doesn't have sysctl on
it.. so it useles..

anyways, it doesn't matter... I did the upgrade w/o using sysinstall,
and made sure that the first thing after the PATH gets setup in /etc/rc
is to run the sysctl, but it still wasn't enough to prevent me getting
a corrupt fs the first time I booted...

It's interesting to see reports of no free inodes when you're only using
24% of them.. :)  it was just a pain to do it this way..
