I take it that Im your outside, and that www.whtech.com
is an inside machine for you.
I pinged www.whtech.com, using your nameserver, and it gets
resolved.

%nslookup www.whtech.com
Server: ns1.whtech.com
Address: 209.172.89.10

Name: whtech.com
Address: 64.124.189.69
Aliases: www.whtech.com
