/dev/dsp -> /dev/dsp1
/dev/dspW -> /dev/dspW1
/dev/audio -> /dev/audio1
/dev/mixer -> /dev/mixer1
this is not peculiar of the gus but of PnP devices which gest assigned
unit number after the legacy isa devices.
of course is in the README file, as the previous soundcard.h thing :)
