When I tested your pci_bus_rman3.patch the other day I ran it on this
Atom board.  To my surprise the problem seemed to have been fixed
somewhere along the line.  I'm not sure if it was your patch, r261243,
some other commit, or me just not having it configured properly to
trigger the problem again.  I'll try to spend some time tonight on it.
