Users complain that "SSH doesn't work anymore!!!", and don't RTFM and get 
things wrong.  Rather, that is the strawman used, and I haven't seen a user 
not understand that protocol 2 works differently than protocol 1.  I'd 
rather give users more credit and let people realize they should be using 
protocol 2, not 1 anymore.

But convince everyone else of that.
