You have to ask solid-run about ECC.

The NXP i.MX 8M Plus support ECC memory so you have to combine the 
hummingboard ("the baseboard") with the "plus model" SoM. (still need to 
ask solid-run what type of memory they have put into their SoM or if its 
special order for ECC)
