I had to recreate these files in raddb:

radiusd.conf
sql.conf
naslist
huntgroups
hints
dictionary

Some of the ".sample" files probably weren't there (most were) but
the directory certainly wasn't empty. I'm out of time for today but
tomorrow I can investigate further.
