Looking at the source code, it states:
 * This driver is able to deal with MicroTouch serial controllers using

and there's no reference to USB in the code.  The code in the master GIT
repository doesn't appear to support USB either.  Some googling suggests
that it should appear as a USB serial device so you might like to see
if any of the USB serial drivers (eg ucom(4)) recognize it.  If not, I
suggest you try posting the relevant output of "usbconfig dump_device_desc"
to freebsd-usb and asking about a serial driver for it.
