https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D246687 Bug ID: 246687 Summary: www/firefox tab crashes on some sites with their own fonts Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: gecko@FreeBSD.org Reporter: freebsd.68fba@nospam.spacesurfer.com Assignee: gecko@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(gecko@FreeBSD.org) If firefox is configured to allow pages to choose their own fonts and you v= isit a uk government website (https://www.gov.uk/) the tab crashes. If you configure firefox to disallow pages to choose their own fonts the tab works fine.=20 This has been happening for some time (at least 3 months, but possibly much longer). I just tried this with firefox-76.0_3,1 on FreeBSD 12.1 amd64 and = with a brand new profile. Note that with firefox for OS X this doesn't happen, so the issue appears t= o be specific to FreeBSD. I am a very heavy user of firefox on FreeBSD and this only ever seems to ha= ppen for uk government websites, they seem to provide their own fonts. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
