Make sure your running kernel has the appropriate devices - uhci or
ohci, usb and ulpt - in it, either by config'ing them in or loading
them. Create /dev/ulpt0 with "cd /dev; ./MAKEDEV ulpt0". After that's
done, you configure it like any other printer, except the printer
device is /dev/ulpt0 instead of /dev/lpt0.
