Installed FreeBSD-10.3-STABLE-amd64-20170323-r315854 on USB drive and it has boot failure.
Two SATA drives and two USB drives (one is installation stick and the other one is hard drive where 10.3-STABLE-amd64-20170323 installed) are in the system, after boot from USB hard drive, where 10.3-STABLE-amd64-20170323 installed, 10.3--STABLE-amd64-20170323 does not find any of these two USB drive, thus boot fails.
Both SATA drives are found as ada0 and ada1.
This USB hard drive had 10.2-RC2 prior to 10.3-STABLE-amd64-20170323 installed, and 10.2-RC2 boots up fine.System are running 8.4, 10.x, 11.0 and 12.0-CURRENT in turn on different drives and no boot problem has been experienced.
Either 10.3--STABLE-amd64-20170323 has not USB probed before mounting root fs, or USB probe failed.Since cannot get system up, I have no way to dump the console screen to provide details.
