No that was a different patch to do with the usb.h header file and the
internal structure for usb events (handled by usbd).  This patch is
basically what ulpt is in -current.  I remember when I prepared a patch
for ulpt last time (in Feb) it broke some things - I'm wondering whether
we've fixed them all or whether there are still issues.
