in Ukraine (.ua), there isn't org.ua domain at all (not that we haven't
thought about it - "we" means domain administrators, incl. me as admin-c).
Alternatively, you can apply for freebsd.com.ua ;-)
(btw, is FreeBSD Inc. an officially registered legal entity?)

Anyway, I think that you couldn't get all the freebsd.org.XX, so you
should settle with different scheme. XX.ftp.freebsd.org could be good.
