I'll try to come up with something that uses download.freebsd.org, and=20
send it out for discussion.  I'm not sure I can make it in time for 12.2=20
though, so in the meantime I'll MFC this commit and ask re@ about=20
getting it into 12.2.  That way users won't stumble over the obviously=20
dead mirrors while we discuss a better approach for the future.
