Hi,

I've just ported the bt848 driver from -current back to
2.2.5, 2.2.6, 2.2.7, 2.2.8, 2.2-stable, 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2

Details are at http://telepresence.dmem.strath.ac.uk/bt848

The new driver features
Support for the following cards
  FlyVideo 98 card
  Older Zoltrix cards
  NEC PK-UG-X017
  I/O DATA GV-BCTV2/PCI

Plus,
inhibit of reset for the MSP3400C chip (handy for old Hauppauge cards)
fix to prevent kernel crashes for zero size images
  support for ALPS tuners.

Compared to the standard 2.2.x driver, the new diver also has support
for the latest Hauppauge and AverMedia cards and the new Bt878 chipset.

If you download the driver and have any problems, please let me know via
email
    roger@cs.strath.ac.uk
or roger@freebsd.org

Bye
Roger
