"at some point".

My powerpc64 poudriere machine is currently grinding through Q4 bulk;
I did not have a chance to update it until earlier this month. My
sparc64 poudriere machine has lost a disk and thus Q4 has stalled;
there were already problems building certain ports because of an
unanticipated API-breaking change merged to 11. In any case it now
needs an upgrade to 11.1R anyway to run Q1 on, and Q1 is 10 days away.

In the last 6 months my focus has been almost exclusively on armv6/
aarch64, and also trying to get ready for people to shift to armv7.
I haven't done many commits for powerpc64/sparc64 unless a port build
failed the same way on all 5.
