Konqueror isn't based on Mozilla.

And anyway, mozilla looks pretty "alive" to me -- more so than galeon,
which seems rather moribund at present time of writing. Which are the
other mozilla-based browsers? Phoenix -- an offshoot of, and hosted
by, the mozilla project. Chimera -- only of interest to Mac OS X
people. Skipstone -- seems to be dead. Meanwhile, mozilla continues
to introduce neat features (one of the latest is type-ahead find)
regularly...
