As long as your in there doing gratitious file renameing (netstart -> rc.netstart) why not rename sysconfig -> rc.sysconfig. I really see no reason to rename netstart to rc.netstart, and since you did this I really want *you* to go grep /usr/share/man for the word netstart and fix all the man pages. Then send corrections to all the BSD based sysadmin manual writers to let them know FreeBSD is different that *BSD in this area.
