Not only is this not FreeBSD related, but it is not even a question. In
addition, your attachment of an HTML file after posting an URL was
redundant and inappropriate.

This kind of flame bait has no place anywhere except perhaps on -advocacy,
though given the age of this story you'll get nothing but yawns.

Your contribution in the form of questions and answers about FreeBSD
issues is warmly welcomed.


For example, you might ask about the progress on the U.S. Navy's Space and
Warfare Systems Command's FreeBSD security extensions project[1], after
checking the archives of course.
