Is this a "periodic" report that comes to the list to refresh people's minds of the open PRs or was this done specifically because the 4.0 cusp is coming quickly and a specific reminder was in order? Are there committers in -doc that are specifically responsible for committing "low-hanging fruit" (i.e. PRs with trivial- or mostly-trivial-yet-correct patches included) PRs? I'm curious.
