Woops missed this, my bad.

Not a bad idea but that "pool may be in use.." is more like a symptom
not the cause, only get that booting from Live CD.
My real Problem is my Machine Panics like I've show with the
Pictures.
Booting BETA3/4 Kernel or BETA2-BETA4 Live CD's makes the Machine also
Panic but I don't get the "pool may be in use..." stuff.
