Uh, no.  We entered code freeze on Monday and that means that if you'd
really wanted this to happen then you should have been asking for this
*at least* 3 weeks ago! :-( Why does everyone wait until *after* the
last minute?  Grumble.  Sorry, libc_r most definitely will NOT be in
2.2.6.  Its champions are simply raising this issue far too late in
the process.
