Matt's right.

Expecting humans to exhibit this level of competence on average
is unreasonable.

Instead, you should hire competent system admins, and expect that
average humans will be able to obtain jobs in the food service
industry.  Someone has to ask good sysadmins whether or not they
want fries withtheir McMeals.
