Most certainly.

Two types:

1.  ppp: User Mode PPP, aka iijppp.  Interactive shell with dialer and 
stats.  What I use, very nice package.

2.  pppd:  Kernel mode PPP, requires recompilation of kernel, not really 
recommended IMHO.
