It's on the first disk in the 'src' directory, on the second (I
believe) in the live filesystem, and on the third or fourth in the CVS
repository. How many more copies do you want?

There is no room on the disk surface to do this, and in fact the disk
artwork has to be completed before the disk contents are finalised in
order to ship as quickly as we do, which in turn is neccessary to
avoid whining complaints from people that want to know why their disks
don't arrive the same day the release is available for download.
