You can just re-run the install procedure and this time MOUNT the
filesystems instead of NEWFSing them.  Needless to say back up anything
important before proceeding.

Or, Obtain the XF8632/* distributions and extract them yourself. 

cd /usr/X11R6
tar xzf XF32prog.tgz
