Hmm, I'm not so sure about that.  I thought I tried it recently and
decided that the PR was correct.  The reason I haven't fixed it is that
it's hard. :-)  I keep hoping we'll finally make a switch to the newer
binutils and have the problem vanish.

I think the state should be set to Suspended.
