While it is bad that fcgiwrap is leaking its environment, it is NOT the
responsibility of the rc system to prevent a package from doing that.  Any
program started by service or rc.d that exposes its environment data to ano=
ther
place should be classified as a data exfiltration bug and fixed asap.

Most daemons already deal with this, and so should this one.
