I think, this part should be contract to the gettext developers. Unless,  
you mean by you dislike the 'LIBTOOLFILES' then this is need for the  
libtool. I don't see how it can be annoy for anyone as long it installs  
and functions fine.

Please, go ahead and portmgr will taking a look at it because it might  
required to be test in the cluster build.
