Sorry, by "that" I meant USE_CXXSTD=gnu++98.

  $ git grep -l USE_CXXSTD.\*gnu\\+\\+98 | wc -l
        95
  $ git grep -l USE_CXXSTD.\*c\\+\\+98 | wc -l
        44
