I notice that, although we now have a growing /usr/src/contrib, there is
no CVSROOT/commitlogs/contrib.  I don't know how to fix this (I'm
perl-deprived, and unhappy to be that way).  Is it possible to fix this,
or desireable?

There is already a patch set avaialble for tcl, and 7.6 won't be that long
in coming, so I think that there will indeed be changes to sources in
contrib, to say nothing of the newest imports.
