A recent upgrade to 4.6 and desktop install to KDE 3.0_1, has resulted in a X-windows startx that gets as far as the KDE splash screen, then blinks the mouse symbol on the splash screen, then everything hangs with a blank Xwindows screen showing. Is this a problem with the supplied startkde file or what? DCOP server up and running is the last message available when I get back to the command-line with Cntrl-Alt-Backspace.
