  Add support for Exynos 5420 Octa - 8-core
  heterogeneous (big.LITTLE) ARM machine
  (4 x Cortex-A15 @ 1.8Ghz, 4 x Cortex-A7 @ 1Ghz)
  
  Add configuration for Arndale Octa development board
