It also happens on my SuSE9.2-host.

I got a "Bio already on queue bp=0xc23054a4
cpuid = 0
KDB: enter: panic
[thread pid 40 tid 100029 ]
Stopped at      kdb_enter+0x2b: nop" -error, at about 16% into the base-set.

I could give a  screenshot ;-)
