Yes...  but there is a caveat. =20
Currently as far as I am aware there is no official sparc64 pkgng
packages.

I think there is an unofficial effort going on and I am personally
looking into creating a sparc64 redports like service.

You could run your own tinderbox/poudriere, and build ports that way.
