	2) pciconf -lv | grep -B 4 audio

	In case the driver loaded, but failed to work:

	3) dmesg | grep ^pcm , or grep ^pcm /var/run/dmesg.boot
	   whichever seems appropriate
	4) sysctl hw.snd.verbose=3D2 ; cat /dev/sndstat
	5) sysctl hw.snd
	6) output of /usr/sbin/mixer
