At the moment:

martin# ls -l /dev/fd0
crw-rw-rw-  18 root  operator    9,   0  7 Jul 19:35 /dev/fd0

I'm just trying it at the moment.  If it works once with nautilus for 
all the users, I'll limit it to a new group and put a few users in 
there.
