Just got this during "make buildworld". Don't know if it's related to 
your commits...

cd /usr/src/secure; make buildincludes; make installincludes
===> secure/lib (buildincludes)
===> secure/lib/libcrypto (buildincludes)
make: don't know how to make hw_4758_cca_err.h. Stop
