Not sure who this should go to, or if this has been mentioned already, but I have found that 
installing the linux_base port will fail if '/usr/compat/linux/proc' is currently mounted.

Says something about "chown: not permitted" (don't remember exactly)

I noticed this a while ago when doing an upgrade, and recently experienced it again with the 
most recent port update. I thought someone might want to either document it or patch around 
the problem somehow.
