(no ping reply, no keyboard response, no panic) >How-To-Repeat: 3COM PCI FaxModem and another device share irq, FreeBSD crashes when modem is accessed. Same hardware running Windows 98 and Windows 2000 has no problems with modem sharing irq. (history of this problem is not known, as modem was recently purchased.) >Fix: Put modem on own irq.
