Subject: Where Are My Commands

I reinstalled FreeBSD 2.1.5 over the weekend. I expect to be able, for
instance, to type

   startx

or

   xinit

and get a result, but I get a message that there is no such command. They are
in /usr/X11R6/bin, but it does not seem reasonable that I should have to key
that in every time. Nor should I have to do some link or shell script.
Shouldn't the installation have given me these commands?

How do I fix this?
